As a practicing litigator in the State and Federal courts in RI for 42 years, Attorney Howe has a vast amount of experience in the matters that affect people most. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in the personal injury, and criminal law areas. Also through his experience in the ownership and operation of investment real estate he has a unique combination of legal and real estate backgrounds that prove invaluable to our clients.

Attorney Howe is the past president of the RI Association for Justice the leading trial lawyer organization in RI.

He has been a member of the Board of Governors for over 30 years.

Currently, attorney Howe is the sitting Probate Court Judge for the town of South Kingstown, and as such this gives him valuable experience in the area of Probate / and Trust litigation.
